Lettings Manager

We’re seeking an experienced Lettings Manager to oversee property lettings, manage tenant and landlord relationships, and ensure seamless operations through our dashboards. This role is pivotal in maintaining our high standards of service.
Responsibilities
- Manage property listings and tenancy agreements.
- Liaise with tenants and landlords via the dashboards.
- Ensure compliance with UK letting regulations.
- Coordinate property maintenance and inspections.
- Drive tenant satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in property management or lettings.
- Strong knowledge of UK and Welsh tenancy laws.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Experience with digital platforms (dashboards preferred).
- ARL/NALS certification (desirable but not essential).
